Bianca is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with years of experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions in clients of all ages. Bianca has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults. Bianca works to establish strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Through these relationships, she supports clients in finding purpose and motivation for change.
Bianca works diligently to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client and tailor a treatment approach to meet their goals. She utilizes multiple evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy skills (DBT), Family Systems, and Strength-Based approaches to assist her clients with the development of skills to reach their treatment goals and improve their lives.
Bianca graduated from UMass Lowell with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She obtained her MSW from Salem State University with a concentration in Children and Families. Bianca’s post-Masters experience includes working at a community mental health agency in Haverhill, MA providing individual and group therapy to children and adults with various mental health needs.
