Dr. Kildon is a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep problems, depression, and ADHD. He specializes in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and often incorporates exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills to tailor treatment to individual clients. Dr. Kildon’s approach to treatment is grounded in psychological science and adapted to a client’s unique values and strengths.
Dr. Kildon’s approach is direct, playful, and collaborative. Therapy with Dr. Kildon involves mastering skills to understand and respond more effectively to uncomfortable experiences while moving toward and engaging with the meaningful parts of one’s life. When working with children, Dr. Kildon collaborates closely with parents so that they feel empowered to help their children outside of the therapy office.
Dr. Kildon is a provider for CPG’s BRAVE Crew Child & Adolescent Intensive Programs. He is passionate about helping children and teens understand and respond to their anxiety with bravery so that they can prioritize what matters most in life.
